Our team of chefs, led by the head chef Luise, has prepared a menu that gives you a choice of the best local and international cuisine. Our head chef has prepared a balanced combination of Caribbean and international cuisine. At Sunken Fish, we make sure our produce is fresh and of high quality and that we only serve real food. We both cook and bake from scratch and with love – we do not heat up frozen bread or pre-cooked meals. Come and try it.
